The administration was threatened with contempt of court by a federal judge on Monday. I’d say judges, aside from the loony ideologues, are perfectly clued in on what you’re saying, and aren’t rolling over.

Also today, DOJ filed a notice of appeal in the Casa (Maryland) case preliminary injunction against the executive order to end birthright citizenship. That was 6 days after the PI.
