I’m going to a pub to see my friend’s band tomorrow. It’s Cornwall so in that pub will be old people who will be watching if I use the ladies’ - I’m not sure I want to be the first Cornish example of a trans arrest

Not right now, but this guidance will inform government policy, as will the Government's undoubted monitoring of Trumps 'Facilities Requirements Based on Sex Act'. Which is to say, I think this signals the government's intent to do just that - but it's not law yet.
