Walking Session 109 • 34 // I flow like the blood on a murder scene

Warm day hitting into the 40s by the end of the walk. Sun was out in full effect too! Felt juiced up and raring to go. Better pace numbers than the previous cold day. Nice and sweaty now. HA! 6 miles on the books.
