I'm looking for recommendations of tasty zero or low alcohol beer available in the UK. 00 Guinness I know about, and I had a nice Adnams Ghost Ship 0.5 this evening. I didn't think that Doombar tasted of much. Any suggestions?

Gary, the best one I have had in the past year was one of about four on sale at this place in Glasgow, I've no idea which one though. I am going again later this month so will sample the O% ones again and let you know. https://www.bavariabrauhaus.com/ourbier
I really like Clear Head from Bristol Beer Factory but I’m not sure that is easy to get hold of outside the south west. The Big Drop ones are also broadly good and in some supermarkets.
If you visit York, Stonegate's House of Trembling Madness have a good range of NA/LA beers, including mainland Europe. They deliver too. Sorry, other than Lucky Saint, I can't remember names.
Alternatively, take up drinking Negronis. They aren’t alcohol-free - far from it - but after downing a couple you won’t care about that or anything else
Certainly is! Post
was prompted by drinking Doombar. In the fully leaded version I like it but I thought that the alcohol free version didn't have a particularly nice taste.
I had a bottle of Speckled Hen low alcohol 0.5, which was okay. Better than the Doom Bar, which I also tried. Will have a go at the Ghost Shop at sometime based on your recommendation.

Personally, Lucky Saint has a nice unfiltered lager
If you are tempted by lager, Stella Artois zero is pretty good.
