My nephew had the same complaint at age 5. Pediatrician got a large swab, dipped in dry ice and waved it over his leg. He jumped up and ran up and down the hall, cured!!!😂

Had one of those but significant point pain. Everyone wondered why I was sending him to emerg. Turned out to be a spiral fracture.
