Complexity wise I like to look at rules & strategy.

Rules solidified after a single round of play, very clean and assisted by an excellent player aid, maybe 2/5.

Strategy-wise maybe a 3.5. It felt a little like Smartphone mixed with On Mars. Brass-like card play with an excellent entangled economy and enjoyable, manageable bonuses triggering often. Area majority accounts for about half of total points with many other pathways for points totaled at game end.
