I'm more hesitant to rank the Jags down there because Khan has been much more patient than some of these other owners. They're problem seems to be ability more than maliciously bad ownership and front offices.

Listen, I don't like the Browns decision on Watson, but that alone is not objectively worse than the negativity and destruction Tepper is creating in Carolina. Cleveland has stability, and people will want to go there, Carolina has neither.
