I don’t think I’ve ever wanted anything in the NFL more than Daniel Jones signing with the 49ers & immediately looking competent & the offense still operating well. The mental gymnastics it would force Brou to go through would be the pinnacle of First Things First.

No, no, guys, you don’t get it. Aaron Rodgers is NOT simply washed & only passively interested in football. He’s still good! And, in fact, he’s SUCH a warrior he won’t even let the doctors investigate the full extent of his injuries! What a guy. What a leader.

As long as he’s not playing the Chiefs (dynasty of his era), the Steelers (his team’s hated rival), or in the playoffs, Lamar is as good as any QB ever. Unfortunately, in those spots (4-12 record, 75 rating, more turnovers than TDs) he’s simply bad. Unpopular but undeniable. 🤷‍♂️
