the recipe itself was easy to follow. it's great that after the first proof you can just stick them in the fridge again and wait until you're actually ready to make them.

i patted the sides with cornmeal to prevent sticking. i would oil the bowl a bit before proofing as well.

- double amount of salt.
- i used low fat milk which i think is not great. full fat needed, or increase butter.
- i would like to try this with bread flour next time.
- smaller rounds perfect so that you may eat a savory sandwich then a sweet one.

also. not to humble brag fun fact: eggs came from my coworker's chickens, bacon from a nearby farm. not pictured is the kale from my mom's garden i munched on. i did not, in fact, grow the other greens or make my own cheese. those i got at target.

i did also try sparkling coconut water with 2 espresso shots over it, which was not completely upsetting. still strange though.
