the recipe itself was easy to follow. it's great that after the first proof you can just stick them in the fridge again and wait until you're actually ready to make them.
i patted the sides with cornmeal to prevent sticking. i would oil the bowl a bit before proofing as well.

- i used low fat milk which i think is not great. full fat needed, or increase butter.
- i would like to try this with bread flour next time.
- smaller rounds perfect so that you may eat a savory sandwich then a sweet one.
