Is striking how all of the previous 'integration' schemes are in large part at least about expanding local services in a small area, connected to primary care... Doesn't sound like rocket science !

They all start out with golden ideals until throttled down to one - admissions avoidance - that excludes the aims of social care and other partners. What do we want neighbourhood health to achieve indeed.

Just been reading this one! You list all the questions I’ve been wondering about. Also how any model fits with the established INTs that came out of 2022’s Fuller Stocktake. Going to unpick them if they don’t fit? No ministerial visits to any as far as I can see?

The official line is certainly that it is consistent with Fuller, based on her report, and will build on it

In practice I guess it will depend if the existing INTs are consistent with any new definitions/asks nationally or locally. Interesting point re visits
