Not a good mental health day. These past few weeks I’ve been struggling to let go of some things that’ve hurt me deeply. And today it feels like everything’s catching up with me. (I know “everything’ll be okay” but pls don’t, this phrase triggers me in more ways than I can explain)

Won't offer advice, though I'll encourage you to give yourself a bit of grace, and maybe make sure you have some water today. When my brain is trying to kill me, I've often realized it's thirsty.

Music is my catharsis. It plays, I do dishes etc & just cry. Tasks let me disassociate so I don't fight the pain or grief the songs draw out. Clears the clutter a bit.💔
