NHS gender services were poor when I transitioned more than 25 years ago. They tried to keep private provision to an absolute minimum and harassed anyone outside their system. NHS GICs have worsened since to now being basically non existent and any private care is effectively banned.

Now’s a good time to sign this petition. I know it’s about adults rather than children, but if we get it over 100,000, it’s a good way of keeping the pressure on about gender-affirming healthcare generally.
