yes but if it was paid for that buyer is probably out a very large sum of money and i doubt any insurance is going to cover it if that was sanctioned ship. will probably not do business with that type of ship again.
because if they paid Russia has that money to buy bombs with. I would love India to have lost the money but would rather it was India's pocket than Putin's.
