I'm mad that there's no Unitarian Universalist congregation where I live because I would totally go. Atheists are welcome and so is everyone else who follows Wheaton's law.

We are doing this! Second Sunday Supper. We’ve had groups as big as 20 and as small as 2 but we still host. We noticed many need a church community without the church part.

2. Community is more than your friends - whole family is invited, not just your bestie. If everyone is your age and your gender, it’s not community.

3. Community is accessible. Host in your house or a park. You shouldn’t need restaurant money to have community.
