I was there at dawn on a fall morning, it was spectacular, the colors were very bright, the slant of the sun really set the colors off. They were so bright.
This trail with the lone pine is well known and easy to make a make a loop hike - the last leg being on the rim. I think all the people who have hiked this trail recognize it immediately. It’s easy to access.

Been there a few years ago, it is fabulous. went to the Grand Canyon at the same time , But I found it really difficult just to walk along the flat path at the top. 64 and used to walking, but I was out of breath and muddling my speech. Then I discovered that it is actually high altitude there!
I had visited Zion first and thought it was the most amazing thing I had ever seen. Then I went to Bryce Canyon. I could hardly speak. It was just stunning.

Unfortunately, it is not a real photograph ... with the sun setting to the right, it cannot illuminate highlights on the opposite side of the formations. I'm a professional photographer who has shot Bryce many times
I started another account that I was literally going to make into an account that teaches you how to tell if I picture is AI (because I use AI but not to fool people!) ... I am guessing that is why my political screaming account is seeing these accounts I am not following.
I think in only hesitating because my hyper focus ADD will think I need to do all of them. Might go see if i can find some helpers on Discord that do this too :) I've marked up many a picture for folks. I love and hate AI.
It's more beautiful there without this ridiculous photographic "botox" image. Annoying. The photographs in this feed without all the enhancements look better.
