Ninja Scroll, but mostly because it's the first I saw and was so insane nothing else could ever match it's impact. Second fave is Evangelion, but it loses me toward the end.
Discotek are the bosses for reprinting the classic Berserk anime on blu ray,streaming is economical but the archivist in me always appreciates being able to get physical copies!
