Self-love is so sexy. Working on loving yourself more is seriously the hottest thing you can do.

I do as much as I can, but it does start to chafe after a while.

It's so hard to do. I need to do it if I have any hopes of finding love, but it does not come easy

I wish I knew how that works. I spend my life helping and serving others. Self-love seems out of reach.

It's really complicated though...

I take care of myself first thing each morning.

Practicing self love right now.

Next week will be week 4 of therepy in the journey to loving myself once more.

Self love is the best thing you can do for yourself.

I really love myself ❤️

That has been my main focus since my marriage ended was taking care of myself and building myself back up
