I used to be one of those guys. After twitter purchase it was really hard to support him. After the Nazi salute and the coup I knew I couldn't support someone foisting tyranny on my fellow Americans. I guess space x was the closest we had to make an amazing space race take off again.

I realized it wasn't Elon, but a group of engineers who made it possible. If any one of us space enthusiasts had the wealth to challenge incumbent legacy aerospace firms we could also make the same space x success if not better. Space X should not be the only way to access space.

i think about how nasa had two shuttles blow up and it became a crisis that required privatization, meanwhile spacex blows up every launch and you cant make an omelette etc etc

It is test flights blowing up, not the regular rockets, and the other businesses have their own issues. Musk has issues, but cargo or people carrying rockets isn't one any more then other launchers.
