i'm an ex-fed and sometimes I think of what would have happened if I were as cavalier about government records as either wing of our governing class. do whatever! rules are for someone else!

as am i. same deal applies to bribes; a contractor that I worked with couldn't buy me a beer after work, but elected officials can basically accept any amount of money in any form
