As a USPS carrier, I still regularly see UPS packages. They just have to go thru USPS from start to finish.
Their drivers just can't dump the ones they don't want to deliver at our postal units now, which was a real headache. The change means fewer large packages, which helps.
Yep, that's their Mail Innovations product, which you should be seeing less and less of since UPS doesn't have a NSA to offer ounce pricing anymore either.
I don't mind their packages now, so I'll be sad to see them go. The packages they dropped off every day were front door deliveries 9.5/10 times, so I won't miss those.
