I think the key word here is "over" science, as in: people dismissing facts based on an (often extreme version of) Christian ideology. Only in those cases peoples faith is dangerous, but most Christians around the world and many many in America manage to hold faith AND acknowledge scientific facts.+

it's completely legal, but cost-prohibitive for plenty of people. not everybody in central Iowa can take a day to drive to NE or MO or MN or IL; availability of necessary vaccines is a pillar of good public health
