Pie for Thanksgiving (1 cherry and 1 pumpkin) and cake for Christmas (a chocolate layer cake with mascarpone icing served with fresh berries). I had a thought to be a pastry chef when I was young, but went another way. Holidays are when I get my dessert groove on
