Sad that the people with Phds’ in the field who spent their entire lives researching and submitting peer reviewed papers are the last people who are interviewed for their analysis on issues such as obesity.

in one month. I felt better about myself for the first time in a long time, my blood pressure and other numbers went down. I was eating smaller portions and better food. For the first time in a long time it felt like I was personally getting my crap together.

I was a skeptic of weight loss drugs, but my life is going a million miles an hour. I have two kids under 10. My job puts me in my car A LOT. I wake up at 6 after going to bed at 2 most nights. It's not like i"m in my 20's, with no kids and time on my hands. I was headed towards diabetes, obesity
