Not angry, but yep on the first part. Especially since there's lots of people that truly suffer from OCD and hoarding that aren't awful billionaires. The hoarding of money in this way is about power, ego, and avarice.

I'm not sure hoarding isn't a factor at all but I agree it's good to point out that billionaire behavior is damaging and that's not a function of mental health. I'm certainly not interested in finding an excuse to exonerate billionaires.
