This is the pinnacle of mosaics, it blows the North African schools out of the water. My favorite part is the tree that they failed to get in properly, so they just bent it. Brilliant.
It was found at Aldborough in Nth Yorkshire but is now believed to be a fake. Although it is made with genuine Roman era tesserae. It's now housed in Leeds City Museum. Really lovely genuine Mosaics can be seen at the EH site in Aldborough when it reopens in the spring.
