Miller-Meeks has a chance to stand against her state reps and DOGE overlords and ask them to kill SF 615 which could drop 180,000 Iowans from Medicaid coverage. Many Iowa hospitals, especially rural ones, rely on that funding and could be forced to shut their doors. Everybody deserves healthcare.
