Time will tell if this is actually any good, but if Yorion (MtG) and Prince Renethal (HS) are any indicators, breaking deck size restrictions are format warpingly strong. It stands to reason that a *more* consistent deck size is also good. The real question is: is this better than Tarkintown?
TDR decks today are playing Tarkintown because they need the stability of being able to murder the opponent's turn 1 play. The mathematical impact of cutting deck size by 5 might be a good topic to cover on the ol' podcast...
I think Mono Kylo benefits from this cause they don't have free pings for their TT unless they equip Saber on Kylo. I agree that TT is better for TDR decks. Han1 with this could could be nasty.

Also, heavy tutor decks like TDR just get that much better with this.
