So this is definitely pre-1971. I think it's probably 1940s or 1950s, but I need to take some time to see what I can find about it context wise.

My captain just gave me this. No publication date in it but it's pretty decimalization and looks to be the same type used by Admiralty books c. 1930s-1950s.
