Looking at the twitter user account in question, and the fact they also list "free logins" for spotify, netflix... I don't think this is a data breach (or a new one at least), but rather a collation of credentials from the darkweb, probably due to people reusing known compromised passwords.

Probably not a data breach. It's always good to change your password with some regularity, so your advice is valid, but this happens with every streaming service daily, since people use the same passwords for multiple services.
