I’d trap your feet and tie down your toes so your feet don’t get away, lightly tickle one foot’s sole with my fingers while I lick the other one, trying to tickle it with my tongue. Use various tools like feathers, pens, etc. And at the end, full on worship your feet 😁

You can put em on my lap and I can start with one finger on a foot, tickling up and down, and then adding another, and another...and when they're all tickled out, I'll massage them til they're ready to go again 😉
