I use Mana Box. Works best with unsleeved cards. And the scanner I use is a Cardslinger.

That’s the 3D printed thing right? If so I asked if anyone could help me out with getting one. Makes it so much easier.
If not I will use my smart rig clamps to Joey rig something on a stand.

I used to use the TCG player app most of the time. But lately I've been using ManaBox and it seems to be a bit more user friendly when needing to change the set/printing of the card and things like that.
