This gives me the same feel as Spider-Man calling Empire Strikes Back "that old movie" in Civil War. Which is to clarify, very uncomfortable and not wanting to go back to the nursing home
Rewatching the first released Star Wars movie I was kind of amazed at how remarkably schlocky much of the dialog was. I had not remembered it that way, I do remember being dazzled by the suddenly much more realistic looking movements of the spacecraft and the funky looking creatures.
I remember waiting for the revised special editions to hit the 90's in the mid-90's; being starved of Star Wars content. The only novels that were out at the time were Heir to the Empire and the X-Wing trilogy. Now there's SO much of it, but beyond Andor I don't really enjoy it too much. We're old!
Well, at least theyβre still talking about #StarWars. Let it grow on them. Maybe theyβll find some βold Star Warsβ relevant at some point in the future.
