Great stuff Ben. I will say one thing about the early RB stuff. Obviously Saquon smashed, and that’s bound to happen sometimes. My general pushback to the best ball community as a whole (no creator in particular), was the end of the first and beginning of the second round.

There was a very clear tier break that everyone knew about after Wilson and Puka, where a giant tier of receivers that all seemed to have similar upside and downside cases were available from the 1.12 to well into the third round. This is where we went wrong in my opinion.

No one was predicting Saquon turning into prime LT lol. But, there was a group of RBs available that we knew had either large workloads, or great efficiency in projected good offenses. And none had reached the age apex yet either, Saquon being the closest.

But JT, Gibbs, Achane, and Saquon should have been going earlier based on the principal of their profiles, especially knowing that every receiver from the 1.12 on had very similar ways they could win or not win. I just commented this on Legendary Sickos as well.

But the only way you were going to be able to gain an edge at the 1-2 turn was to either hit the nuts on pulling up 2 receivers that ended up smashing, which was worth attempting in a solid part of a portfolio for sure.

The other way was to take one to two cracks at drafting the RB1 overall, and all 4 of those guys had the talent and workload profiles to be able to do that, which the community as a collective seemed somewhat unwilling to accept or want to do.

Lol, self control is the right phrase. If there's one thing I'm great at, it's procrastinating the part of the work I should be doing by creating a whole bunch of other work, and I've learned to lean into that obviously. But eventually the scheduled work has to get done!

At least your procrastination is still productive. It never ceases to amaze me at how much genuinely interesting content you pump out each week. But my boss does appreciate you not adding more procrastination material to my plate. A triple-intro SS week would have murdered my own work week haha.
