I’ve had Pablo Picasso’s Guernica as my laptop wallpaper for years and honestly I just love looking at it. I saw the original in person once, and I probably spent a good 15 minutes just staring in awe at it 💖
I have no academic qualifications, but I nevertheless like to point out that classical painters lived in an era where there were not cameras and certainly no TV. So, they were just drawing and painting and people would say, "Look that looks like a place and person that's not even really here!" >>>
