It’s a great job. Time and a half on Sundays. I believe they even get Labor Day off(as they should) I’m 53 and have many friends who have had that job since high school. Back when you could get a job at 16. They are still there and one is even a VP!

Kill big companies but I won’t eat Chik-Fil-A. Used to spend a fortune at Hobby Lobby. Not a penny in ten years. Target benefited immensely from that from me alone. No longer. Something else will spring up. You’ll find individuals & independents. Even if they don’t go bankrupt, they never bounce

I’m learning to mend and grow things. I’ve always been thrifty because I don’t understand throwing money out just because you have a surplus. I don’t have Amazon anymore. I use the library & pay for independent journalists or local trusted places. I pay PBS & places like that. I love a deal. Thrift.

Back completely. CEO’s get fired. It takes a long time for new businesses to level up but they do & make money & oust old staples because those staples refused progress. Evolve or die. Their mistakes start snowballing into really bad reputations. The final cost for them will be bankruptcy lawyers.

I was in Costco and asked to speak with a manager, with a smile on my face but I still think they thought I was going to complain but instead I personally thanked them and asked to share with the CEO. We chatted awhile,they truly appreciated each encouraging message. Make a call! Small actions!

I didn’t think of this, wouldn’t have. Everything is so dizzying but it’s so blatantly brilliant. While we’re criticizing the wrong harder we’ve got to take the time to thank those that are taking the right stand. Membership isn’t enough. Thank you’s go a long way in the feedback & for the employees
