I don’t think that’s the lesson here. Trump threatening our right to exist as a country unified us in ways I have never seen.

The Canada is broken message failed for the conservatives.

IMO, Cons win majority if Trump never started the 51st state thing.

This is a strange take. The guy who lost was the only one who talked about identity politics during the campaign. Canadians were tired of his dog whistling.
