Good effort, you got any more to drop or are you at your fighting weight now? I'm still trying to lose some, am at 84.8 kilos and a bmi of 26.1, so have a way to go.
i'm getting back into jeans i haven't worn for about 15 years. not yet completely 'ripped' but trend is very gradually down so lets see where i get to by the summer. i'm about 78kg. down from 90kg two and 1/2 years ago.
ronnie i'm now fully subscribed to the kate moss maxim 'nothing tastes as good as being slim feels'. took a long time to get here but happy that i did.
I shed mine in first lockdown and have kept it off by and large. Iβm no sartorial wizard, mind, and I like my clobber with a bit of room. The biggie was a pair of my sonβs school footy shorts from when he was 14 fitting. Obviously generous in size/stretch, but handy for pottering in the back #smug
