Going to the gym on a regular basis has been pretty rough getting started again, but I can't deny the way it's been helping with a lot of things, and it always feels great after unwrap up another gym session!

Absolutely! I missed my usual routine and definitely felt a lot more energetic and ready to go when I had more of a steady fitness schedule, so I'm very much looking forward to getting to that pace again 💪💖

I just started going back too after getting into swing at a new job and battling a nasty bit of flu. I've definitely lost a few steps but it gives me a nice short term goal to get back,and the relaxation/zen of doing a workout is always nice.
