She is clear and convincing about the reality of conversation being complex and containing nuance. And that extremism and on both sides impedes conversation and endangers students.

I am really tired of people explaining that their side's antisemites are worse than our side's antisemites. When college students cheered the October 7 massacre, they were not being influenced by Charlottesville. Stop giving them cover.
