Insist in return for cloture votes on defunding DOGE in an otherwise clean CR, and hearings in multiple committees on its activities. The White House has shut down enough to do damage already; publicly communicate that they already were & Dems did not *create* the shutdown. Make them own it.

I don't necessarily agree; I see it as him giving "bipartisan" vote spin in the so anyone else can vote against it.

Falling on his sword to protect the caucus and still kill the bill.

This way, Fetterman doesn't hang alone on a must hold seat, and the caucus doesn't have to take an ugly yes vote
