We don’t actually disagree; you say there was CIA funding from early 50s to mid 60s (your web page). I knew someone who was read in by the CIA in the late 50s. And, at Berkeley at least, NSA was not a major player in anti-HUAC, pro-civil rights and the Free Speech Movement. I was there. 1/2
