Yeah, it's a feed you subscribe to basically that you can pin with Following, Discover, etc. You can search for others as well, but it gives you flexibility in what you want to see.

Apparently with Skyfeed (where that feed comes from), you can set a new feed that can only show your posts, no replies and no RP's

from what i saw, also can separate it by only show posts with certain hashtags included. In these years i haven't see a social media with such customization until now

I don't mind quote posts as much because people add their own context, but I agree it'd be cool to have another feed that removed those as well. I'm sure someone will work one up eventually if they haven't already!

Love how customizable this thing is for now. IG/FB are going out of their way for you NOT to see content you like or seek (no, really it is hard-coded now into their systems), Twitter just mutes non paying people and keeps suggesting content of people, who pay. Here - "build your bubble"
