We will see some people's definition of liberal shift to include doomers as people see that only action can save countless lives. While it is correct to identify inaction versus action as the biggest division in politics in times of crisis, it isn't productive to bully people who are despairing

I’m kinda outside the liberal box but consider them friendly neighbors.
Originally that's how we ended up with it meaning "centre right" in much of the world, and "centre left" in others
Lately in the US it seems to organically be shifting to mean "centre right", because that's what most establishment Dems are
In your case, I might suggest looking into social democracy and liberal socialism.
(This is assuming we're talking about the common usage of the word. The "proper" meaning hasn't really changed)
This is why we gotta use different words for different things lol.
I like different parts of different isms. No one box covers it.
We do have the words, but people don't necessarily know them, or have a good grasp on them.
I feel like people should be up to date
I’m no political scholar but when I hear something I don’t know I learn a little anyway🤷♂️
Get to know your neighbors. If you have some skills, use it to help each other out. Maybe they need a babysitter, and you need a plumber.
We're not going to solve this on our own
