The loss says they only need to provide insurance if they work over 40 hours. Most companies don’t have insurance. Walmart, one of the biggest employers has more employees on food stamps than any other employer because they don’t pay enough.

In our state, if you have under a certain number of employers, you don't have to. I have worked in not-for-profits my entire life (until I started my own business) so I've never been provided health insurance.

What they ignore is that the percentage of work-able adults on Medicare & Medicaid is small compared to the total number of recipients. Just as trimming the federal workforce that is less than 3.5% of the budget. It's not about the money. It's about power & control.
