The case for X being a 1A state actor now is at least colorable. It is controlled by a government official, who uses it for government business, with no real boundary in practice between the government and his private interest in it. It is little different from if a .gov website allowed comments.

How much sacrifice would it take for corporations to pass on the tariff tax to Red State consumers while eating the tariff tax in Blue States? They would essentially be paying half the tariff at the corporate level. I know that's radical and would never happen, but it sure would teach MAGA a lesson?
