So. Much. Pain. Inside and out. The CRPS, Phantom and Degenerative Disc Disease clearly won the day.

Anxiety, heartbrokenness, insecurity, and depression played a role.
Been a really really rough one. Feeling quite broken. 😢🥺😭 💔
