We've reached the point in our descent into fascism where the Jewish governor's house getting firebombed on Passover by a guy trying to bash his head in with a sledgehammer is overshadowed by the story of the President saying he wants to build foreign gulags for US citizens.

I really thought that today was going to be better…. So. Much. Pain. Inside and out. The CRPS, Phantom and Degenerative Disc Disease clearly won the day. Anxiety, heartbrokenness, insecurity, and depression played a role. Been a really really rough one. Feeling quite broken. 😢🥺😭 💔

So exhausted. So. Much. Pain. Fell yesterday AM when transferring between my w/c and bed. Hurt my pelvis, shoulder, back and neck are so sore. 8h+ in the ED. My watch was clearly sending me a sign to LAMA myself.
