One of the best places to see seals is near Aberffraw. Head through the village to Cwyfan (church in the sea), but take the path to the left instead of along the beach. There are usually a few near the headland.

Point Lynas is good for dolphins, porpoises, seals, etc, as is Bull Bay - walk north along the coast from the village.
Also Puffin Island as others have suggested.

For style points, you should invade by fording/swimming the Afon Menai. Bring as many friends as possible.

Though tbf February is maybe not the best month for it.
