After just 2 years, my Swarovskis are going on a wee holiday to Austria. Rubber armour split on both sides🙁 #ukbirding (with my old Zeiss for the next few weeks)

Sadly you'll probably be back in exactly the same situation in another 2 years. I've given up with mine & just hold the rubber armour together with electrical tape. I have swaro bins & scope but I'll never buy swaro again. Not fit for purpose in my opinion.
It's a real shame because I like everything else about them. I must be unlucky because my Zeiss had to go back within months of purchase due to internal condensation. Had to go back a 2nd time before the problem was fixed
Suspect they already are if outside of the 10 year warranty, as they assured me I was still within warranty and therefore work would be carried out FOC.
As I'm sure will be the case for me, given that they are only 2 yrs and 2 months old. But it seems that I'll be without them for about 6 weeks, which might (?) stretch to more given that nothing ever happens over Xmas & New Yr
I'm not expecting to see them back in time for my Morocco trip in mid-Jan. Fortunately my Zeiss SFs are in fine fettle and a 20yr old pair of Leicas as a spare for my wife.
Maybe I won't get mine back either, then, for proposed trip in late Jan / Feb. But like yours, my Zeiss are still OK and my wife has her own Swarovskis in perfect nick as they've had less use than mine. Good luck!
They'll be in good company, I've literally just posted my 10*32 El Pro. Though 9 years old, I've only owned them for 20 months. They were as new when I acquired them but deteriated rapidly during that time, which for a 2nd pair is pretty shocking.
